Ok, I have started my weightloss journey by joining the Bubhub 8 week Weightloss Challenge (now that's a mouthful in it's self...) Here are my starting stats: Height: 167cm Weight: Starting - 85.5kg Week 1 ~ (27/10/08) - 85.5kg Week 2 ~ (3/11/08) - 82.8kg Total Loss - 2.7kg % Loss - 3.2% Phase 1 Goal Weight - 80kg Phase 2 Goal Weight - 75kg Phase 3 Goal Weight - 70kg BMI: 29.7 Measurements: Bust - Wk 1~106cm Wk 2~ Total cm's lost: Hips - Wk1~117cm Wk 2~ Total cm's lost: Waist - Wk1~101cm Wk 2~ Total cm's lost: Thighs - Wk1~72cm Wk 2~ Total cm's lost: Arms - Wk1~35cm Wk 2~ Total cm's lost: Challenges: Physically - Become a more active mum Do some form of regimented "exercise workout" per day - 30mins minimum. Mentally - Stay strong Don't give in or give up if I stray, but continue strong How you feel about this weeks loss: Very happy, now to see what exercise does when assisted by diet..mmmm So here I go towards my goals...going, going....gooooone Say goodbye to the fat cells...weeeeeeee
