Ok, I have started my weightloss journey by joining the Bubhub 8 week Weightloss Challenge (now that's a mouthful in it's self...)
Here are my starting stats:

Week 1 ~ (27/10/08) - 85.5kg
Week 2 ~ (3/11/08) - 82.8kg
Total Loss - 2.7kg
% Loss - 3.2%
Phase 1 Goal Weight - 80kg
Phase 2 Goal Weight - 75kg
Phase 3 Goal Weight - 70kg

Very happy, now to see what exercise does when assisted by diet..mmmm
So here I go towards my goals...going, going....gooooone
