Well I weighed in at 78.7kg yesterday so am now down 6.8kg since starting this journal...woot woot...

I also have started a BLC (biggest loser challenge) to keep me motivated as well as others...HERE

DALLASMUM (Trish) inspired me to do it, so here we gooooo....

however my abs are KILLING me today after the 100 situps I inflicted on them yesterday, really really need to get fitter...hahahaha

I am still following WeightWatchers and find it quite good if I keep a record of my food intake...keeps me accountable..

Am now starting an exercise journal too...DH and I have worked out that I need to do at least "something" fitness wise 5 days a week, it can be anything other than my normal household duties...

so far so good...
