I swear it has to be the weekends!! Yesterday I was going really really well, then wham!! over points and still hungry...now I get to eat heaps of points as I am breastfeeding and I always get to them...most of the time I am fine and have no problem stopping when I reach the alloted points, but on the weekends I find it alot harder... I have this feeling I am going to have a gain on monday...and it usually is because I go really well during the week then hit the weekend and phewwwy...I think I need to create 1 cheat day a week and make it just AFTER weighin (If I have gone well that is) and have a cheat meal/treat on that day so I can do better on the weekends...of a reward FOR doing well with food on the weekend??? and my problem is the snacks, not meals...oh I wish I had more will power sometimes...if I stick to the same meals day in and out I will be fine, but the minute I have a bickie or a piece of chocolate, I want more and more...and that is all I can think about after that....arrgggghhhh.... ok, today is a new day towards NOT bingeing on the weekends...I CAN DO IT!! Mantra for today: I am a strong motivated woman in control of her mind and body and the fuel I feed both...
