Weighed in this morning at 82.65kg...

My goals this week:

* minimum 30mins workout each day
* 2lts water daily
* NO takeaway/processed foods
* Smaller portions
* only 2 snacks per day (preferably fruit)

Ok, off to hang out the washing and vaccuum the house...
