I am now down to 79.1kg...thats a 1.15kg loss this week, which is very very nice...

I mowed the lawn today and enjoyed every second of it...the sweat, the workout and the peace and quiet away from the kids...I could get use to that!!!!!

I have decided to do my own fitness challenge...arrgghh...

I MUST do some form of exercise (min 30mins) per day from monday to friday and weekends are off (or just something fun outside)...I will be doing this for 8wks...aswell as continuing to monitor my eating...anything to work up a sweat and get my heartrate up between 150-160bpm...

Here goes...bye bye fat cells...ehheheheehe
