Well I was crazy today and went for a nice long walk pushing the double pram in shocking heat!!! what a workout, sweated it out and took me about 1.5hrs...phewwww...glad I have air-con when I got home!!!

I feel good though for getting out and about, helped that I didn't have a car today so felt the urge to leave the house...

Jack has been asleep for 2hrs since we got back, he walked for some of it and wore himself out...nice change!
