Feeling a bit sore today, but that is a good thing as I have been doing some exercise...woot woot...

Bicep curls 3 x 12reps (5kg)
Triceps 3 x 12reps (5kg)
Situps 50
Leg lifts 100
Butt lifts 100
chest 3 x 12reps (5kg)

all whilst watching LIFE last night...
