Ok, I have been pretty slack lately (not overly bad, just not keeping track of foods/amounts etc)

So starting back into today!

Will have to weighin tomorrow as the scales need a new battery, argghhh...so will get that sorted asap!

My aim is to lose 5-10kg in the next 8wks! (brings me to Christmas roughly)....

Not sure if it is possible whilst Bfeeding, but I am going to do my best and keep my supply up!

Lots of fresh foods/veg/water and portion control....also weights/walking to get the butt moving (in a good way, lol)

so the plan is to get into the 80's as far as I can in 8wks...I think I am roughly 94-95kg at the moment, but will confirm tomorrow if I can get the silly scales working...and measure the appropriate body parts!

Just so sick of feeling "rounded" and "robust" bahahahahaa....

and My other challenge is to post daily! eeek, here's hoping that challenge is the hardest part,
