Well I think my scales are either getting flat or just plain lying to me....today they say 83.75kg WTF!!!!...

I need to kick my own a$$ some more...I just am sooo tired lately that it is sucking the motivation right out of me...

Going to attempt to run around my yard today and complete a "biggest loser" workout...I also think I will set goals per day instead of per week, as the weekly goals are just not working for me...but the daily one's might be more acheiveable... here's hoping anyway...
