Well today all I have seemed to do it eat..arrgghhh...
I went over my points by about 3, so am not too upset about that as I haven't been having enough latey, my bad!
Now to survive the weekend without giving into temptation like last weekend...so far I am 600gms off my goal this week, but am not sure if I can lose it...although any loss will be good, that much closer to my first goal of 80kg...its been about 4 years since I was under 80kg, so am feeling pretty confident...
