Had a great day with points and did an good ab workout today...I might get it all together yet...
Using my fitball:
Reverse crunch 3 x 12 reps
Plank 3 x 12 reps
Lying side bend 3 x 15 reps
Crunch on the ball 3 x 15 reps
Windshield wiper 3 x 15 reps
Jackknife 3 x 12 reps
I can really feel it tonight...and also the aftereffects of the biggest loser low impact workout from yesterday...but pain is gain!!!
