Ok, started the biggest loser meal replacement shakes today...not sure how that will go for me as I just loooooove food...
but I have decided to only do it for a few days/1 wk and see if I can refocus on my WW journey...
I am still following WW but have fallen off the wagon a few times
lately, so am just doing the shakes for a little change...then come
Monday this week or next I am back on the challenge...I really need to
break out of this 3kg shift...I am stuck between 78-81kg...for the last
12wks...so I am going to break through it...
I also joined the biggest loser club with my 7day free membership, which
tells me my goal weight is 64kg...which is where I would like to be, so
brilliant...
