Ok, it's been 2 wks since the challenge ended and christmas/ new years has been and gone...I gained 650gms in the last 2wks...better than I expected as I wasn't watching my points as closely as i have been..

Now to get back into focusing on being strong mentally/physically and emotionally when it comes to food and exercise...

Why is it that people give chocolates at christmas time??? I love it but hate it at the same time...grrrrr
